Paradise Coast Pickleball Club (the club, we, us) is a private social club in Naples, Florida. This policy explains what this website collects and what we do with it. It is written in plain words on purpose. ## What we collect Only what you send us through the two forms on this site: the founding list form and the contact form. That can include your name, your email address, your skill level, whether you confirmed you are 30 and up, how you heard about us, the topic you chose and the message you wrote. If you leave a field blank, we do not have it. If the club opens a paid checkout, payment is handled by the payment provider on its own pages under its own privacy policy. This website never sees or stores card details. ## How the forms work Both forms are processed by Web3Forms (web3forms.com), a form-delivery service that receives what you typed and emails it to the club. Web3Forms acts as our processor and holds submissions only as needed to deliver them. Their policy is at [web3forms.com/privacy](https://web3forms.com/privacy). ## What we do with it - Reply to your message. - Send founding-list members the play calendar, the membership link and club updates by email. - Plan sessions by level and understand where members hear about the club. We do not sell, rent or trade your information. We do not share it with our sponsor. We do not use it for advertising. ## The voice concierge The Court Concierge is an automated voice assistant on this site. It only starts when you press its button and agree to a short notice. From that moment your microphone is open and the conversation is recorded and processed by our voice provider, ElevenLabs, so the assistant can answer you; Florida law asks that everyone on a recorded conversation agrees to it, and pressing Start is that agreement. Recordings and transcripts are kept by the club and its voice provider for up to 180 days to improve the assistant, then deleted. The assistant can fill in a form for you, but only you press Send. Please keep health details, card numbers and other private information out of the conversation. To have a recording removed sooner, use the [contact form](/contact). ## Tracking and cookies None. This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics and loads no advertising or social-media trackers. The map on the contact page is an embedded Google Map of the city; Google may set its own cookies when that frame loads, under Google's policy. ## Keeping it and deleting it We keep founding-list and contact submissions for as long as you are a member or an interested person, and we delete them when you ask. To ask, use the [contact form](/contact) with the topic Something else and say what you would like removed. We will confirm by email. ## Your choices You can send us nothing, send us less, ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it or ask us to delete it. Florida residents have these rights under Florida law and we honour them for everyone. ## Members directory Our launch plan includes an opt-in members directory. Nobody is listed unless they choose to be, and members choose what to share. Details will be published before the directory exists. ## Security The forms post over an encrypted connection to Web3Forms, which delivers them to the club by email. The website itself stores nothing: it is a set of static pages with no database, no accounts and no logins. The founding list lives in the club's email and in a simple spreadsheet kept by the founding members, and is shared with nobody outside the club. ## Children Membership is for adults who are 30 and up. This site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has sent us a message, use the contact form and we will delete it. ## Changes If this policy changes, the new version is published here with a new effective date.
